Clinical Assistant
Number of Recruitment: 1 person
Job responsibilities::
- Assist the physician in charge of the project with all aspects of the clinical trial as required by the study protocol;
- Assist with subject screening, enrollment and follow-up for clinical trials;
- Assist in the collection, filing and management of clinical research data;
- Assists with clinical study drug administration, counting, and documentation;
- Assists clinical investigators with the completion of research medical records, ensuring that research medical records are completed in a timely, complete and standardized manner;
- Assist the Clinical Trial Project Manager in the development of project documents and related forms needed for the trial project;
- Perform other trial related tasks as assigned by the clinical investigator.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, majoring in nursing or other related fields, holding a nurse's qualification certificate and a nurse's license;
- Proactive, service-minded and responsible;
- Continuously learn new knowledge of the industry, including local regulations and clinical trial practices;
- Proficient in the use of office software, basic data analysis skills, strong learning ability and execution.
Research Assistant
Number of Recruitment: 2 persons
Job responsibilities::
- Participate in the declaration, data organization, execution, promotion and completion of research projects;
- Follow up the data collection, progress tracking, program monitoring, and result statistics of research projects;
- Follows up on clinical care assignments to ensure that patients receive efficient and professional medical care;
- Assist the PI with other research projects in the support category.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology or other related fields;
- 1 - 3 years CRC experience preferred;
- Freshers are required to have at least half a year of clinical research related internship and be familiar with the clinical trial process aspects;
- Understand GCP and related regulations and policies to ensure accurate and compliant control of all phases of the study in accordance with regulations and policies;
- Skilled in the use of Word, Excel, PPT and other types of office software, good at writing standardized research documents, reports, accurate data entry, statistical analysis, and clear presentation of project progress and results;
- Ability to read and write medical terminology and accurately translate medical record information, medical orders and medical literature to ensure error-free information exchange;
- Ability to schedule tasks according to project nodes, efficiently manage multi-center, multi-task clinical trial schedules, and be time-conscious;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, strong emergency response to unexpected situations, and strong problem solving skills;

Formulation Researcher
Number of Recruitment: 1 person
Job responsibilities::
- Collecting and organizing all kinds of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical research related information and dynamics, and assisting the relevant departments to justify the research;
- Assist the Director of Pharmaceutical Development in developing and reviewing the company's technical management system and technical protocol standards;
- Responsible for guiding and solving technical problems in the company's projects to ensure the normal progress of the projects and the timely completion of the company's project plan;
- Develop project-specific R&D plans and be responsible for the review of technical proposals;
- Responsible for organizing, coordinating, directing, implementing and managing specific R&D projects;
- Responsible for writing project summaries, weekly and monthly reports;
- Assist the Director of Pharmacy Development in developing an internal technical training program and conduct regular technical and professional training;
- Responsible for the communication and coordination of related departments within the company to ensure the smooth implementation of R&D projects;
- Responsible for the programming and training of the group's personnel in professional skills and regulations;
- Completes other ad hoc work assignments as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree 7 years, Bachelor's Degree 10 years or more experience in a related function or specialty area; 3 years or more experience in a managerial position is required.
- Master's degree or above in Pharmaceutical Preparation, Pharmaceutical Engineering or other related fields;
- Strong R&D capabilities in prescription process development, process scale-up and registration filing.
- Have solid theoretical knowledge of pharmacy, have a deep understanding of the characteristics of conventional dosage forms, have a certain understanding of special dosage forms, have a relatively rich experience in product development and production and declaration of registration.
- In-depth knowledge and mastery of domestic and international regulations, policies and guiding principles, and timely tracking of changes in domestic and international regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with proficient translation skills in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the development of inhaled formulations or nasal delivery formulations is preferred.
R&D Engineer
Number of Recruitment: 1 person
Job responsibilities::
- Perform routine cell culture, freezing, isolation and other preparations as required by the laboratory;
- Cultivate, supervise and complete cell culture and preparation of preparations in accordance with company requirements;
- Strictly comply with the GMP laboratory management procedures and maintain the laboratory environment, and conscientiously do routine cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory environment, instruments and equipment;
- Participates in the management of the laboratory cell bank;
- Completes the organization, checking and filing of data files as required;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership on time.
Job Requirements:
- Master degree or above, graduated from 985 or 211 institutions, majoring in biology, pharmacy, immunology or other related majors, or fresh graduates;
- Must have cell culture experience, protein isolation and purification and antibody engineering experience preferred, and flow cytometry or female line sorting experience preferred;
- Practical and steady, rigorous and conscientious, good at identifying problems and summarizing them.
